Sixth Suspect Arrested in Connection with Friday Morning Raid
Carl "Andy" Henderson, 28, is the 6th suspect to be arrested as the result of a lengthy investigation, which led to a raid early Friday morning at 316 Garfield in Baxter Springs.
Henderson was not at the home when the search warrant was executed, but was located in Crestline by investigators late Friday afternoon.
Gary Smith, Roy Vanhorn, Brandon McCoy, Tiffany Tush and James Keils were all taken into custody Friday morning.
All six suspects were arrested on allegations of Manufacturing Methamphetamine, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Precursor Chemicals with Intent to Manufacture Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
In addition, Henderson is being held on a Jasper County, Missouri warrant for Failing to Appear in Court on a charge of Possession of Precursor Chemicals with Intent to Manufacture Methamphetamine.
A Cherokee County Judge has ordered all suspects to be held in lieu of $50,000.00 bond each.
