Stacy Benedict

Just after 10:00 on Thursday morning, investigators with the Cherokee County Sheriff's Office conducted a search of a Scammon home.

As a result of suspected narcotics discovered during the search, 43 year-old Stacy Benedict, of the home, was taken into custody and transported to the Cherokee County Jail.

Benedict is being held on allegations of Possessing Methamphetamine with Intent to Distribute, Possessing of Methamphetamine and Possessing Drug Paraphernalia.
