Brandon McCoy

Brandon McCoy, 44, of Baxter Springs, was sentenced to prison earlier this month after pleading guilty to Aggravated Criminal Damage to Property.

On June 23, 2023, McCoy was ordered to serve 37 months imprisonment for his involvement in the November 29, 2022 crime.

McCoy is being held in the Cherokee County Jail pending transfer to the Kansas Department of Corrections and was prosecuted by the Cherokee County Attorney's Office.
