Back to School!

As summer comes to an end, there will be an increase in the number of kids walking, riding their bikes to and from school, or waiting at bus stops throughout our community.

With that in mind, motorists are encouraged to be extra vigilant, especially in school zones and along routes leading to area schools.

In addition, drivers may find their routes to work align with school bus routes, which may cause them a longer commute. Everyone should plan accordingly and make the appropriate adjustments, whether that means allowing more time to get to your daily destination or finding an alternate route, in order to help ensure our area kids have a safe and successful school year!
