UPDATE: Suspect Penny Snyder is in Custody in Cherokee County

UPDATE: At approximately 6:20 p.m. on Thursday, February 21st, 2013, Cherokee County Sheriff's Deputies arrested Penny Snyder (Crotzer) on an arrest warrant for Felony Theft, Felony Conspiracy to Commit Theft and Felony Obstruction of Justice out of Cherokee County.  

She will also be held on an outstanding warrant out of Jasper County, Missouri for 1st Degree Burglary.
